All four base heroes ( Quincy, Gwendolin, Striker Jones, Obyn Greenfoot) as well as Etienne and Geraldo have an XP ratio of 1x. 0 Update brought a new hero to Bloons TD 6 in the form of Geraldo, so we've updated this list to add him in, as well as including the remaining few heroes.
